Your numbers, then your plan.

Aethera Men's Lab is the men's medical division of Aethera. It treats the things that actually change how a man in his thirties, forties and fifties feels and how long he lives: low testosterone, erectile dysfunction, fertility, prostate risk, blood pressure and cholesterol, weight, sleep apnea and hair.

What this division is for

Care is physician-directed and cash-pay. No insurance is billed. The model is built around measurement and follow-up rather than a single prescription: a man starts with a blood panel, a clinician reviews it with him, and if he goes on treatment he is re-tested on a fixed schedule with written rules for when the dose changes or stops.

Online intake is available nationwide; prescribing availability for testosterone specifically is state-by-state and published on the site. Concierge visits, including at-home blood draws, are available in every state except Massachusetts and New York. Imaging can be ordered anywhere in the United States.

Clinics in Nashville, Miami and Madison are in development and are not open. What separates this division from the online testosterone market is not the price of a vial. It is that the monitoring is part of the program, the state map is honest, and the things we will not sell are published on the same site as the things we will.

What is different here

  • A published state availability table for testosterone, dated and maintained, instead of an 'all 50 states' claim that no competitor can honour. Joi+Blokes excludes 16 named states and Hone operates in about 35. Being the one site that says so converts the skeptical buyer.
  • Monitoring is the product, not a footnote. We publish the re-test calendar and the written thresholds: hemoglobin and hematocrit before starting, hold if baseline hematocrit is over 50 percent until the cause is found, intervene at 54 percent, PSA at baseline over 40 and at the same 6-to-12-month interval, blood pressure at every check because of the 2025 FDA class-wide warning. A patient can hold us to a number. He cannot do that anywhere else in this market.
  • FDA-approved testosterone first. Cypionate, enanthate, Xyosted, topical gel, oral undecanoate and Natesto all exist. Compounded preparations are used only for a documented clinical reason, are identified as compounded, and are never branded as an Aethera product. That single rule removes the exposure that produced the FDA's September 2025 letter to Hims and its 30 letters to telehealth companies in March 2026.
  • Erectile dysfunction is treated as a vascular finding. Every ED patient gets blood pressure, ApoB, Lp(a) once, A1c and a sleep history, because ED often precedes a cardiac event by years. The competition sells a pill; we find the disease behind the symptom.
  • Fertility is settled before the first dose, not after the diagnosis of azoospermia. Semen analysis, banking, and the fertility-sparing path of Natesto, brand hCG or off-label clomiphene are on the table at intake.
  • A published 'What We Do Not Offer' page naming exosome and stem-cell injections for ED, shockwave sold as a cure, enclomiphene, compounded hCG, compounded topical finasteride and research peptides with no lawful supply. In a category this noisy, the list of refusals is the most persuasive page on the site.

How you are seen

Residents of every U.S. state and the District of Columbia can join the online clinic. A specific test or treatment can still have its own state limits, and we show any limit that applies in your state before you pay for it.

Concierge visits are available in 48 states. We do not offer concierge care in Massachusetts or New York. The online clinic is open in both.

No Aethera clinic is open yet. Three are in development in Nashville, Miami and Madison, Wisconsin, and a fourth is planned for Bogotá in early 2027. We will say so plainly here the day one opens, and not before.

We are cash-pay. We do not bill insurance, and no federal healthcare program money is involved in anything we do. Many of our services can be paid for with an HSA or FSA card, and some cannot. Eligibility is set by IRS rules and decided by your plan administrator, not by us. Cosmetic treatments are specifically excluded. We mark each service with what we understand its status to be, we give you an itemised receipt with the codes your administrator needs, and we will write a Letter of Medical Necessity where one genuinely applies.

Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a promise of a result. Talk to a licensed clinician about your own situation before starting anything.
